Health certs are no longer required to leave the state of FL during a state of emergency. (Hurricane evacuation for Irma). I just spoke to the AG station on I-95N today. (5 Sept 17 at 2pm). They will give you a letter that you have to keep with your horses to get back into the state without health certificate paperwork.

Mary Mannis 4 hrs · Irma is coming to Florida, it looks like...: Anyone wanting to evacuate their horses as far as KY: I have around 20 stalls (we can make a couple of temporary ones too)in an indoor arena that I can make available, also 3 - 2 acre paddocks, and 2 fields, that all full of really good grass. Also, I have a full RV hook-up rt next to that barn. Im in Paris, KY, 3 miles from any/ all supplies and amenities, 17 minutes from I- 75.
